You can use them by freezing breast milk, smoothies, and purees in the freezer. Made from silicone, so they easily come out of the holder. You can also use them with fork mashed or pureed foods without freezing them. Babies can practice holding the handle and tasting the foods with your supervision! Each one is a 1/2 ounce size.
